Here's a list of games I've worked on in the past. This list goes in chronological order, starting with the most recent. All games, completed or otherwise are copywrighted under American Law and the legendary Poor Man's Copywright. Please read the bottom box for information on requesting examples of design documents and other work. Back to Games Menu
The sequel to Jetpack Justice, Episode I that expands on everything from the original game. I've been working on this title on and off for over four years - isn't completed yet, but one day, I'm hoping to get it done. It's kind of hard to design and develop such an ambitious title by yourself while going to college, you know what I mean? For more information, click on the picture to the left.
One of my favorite self-created franchises. I hope to do a lot with it in the future. It's got humor, action, and good gameplay - and it's freeroaming. What more does a game need to be successful? I rest my case.
One of the coolest joint-ventures between me and my longtime friend/Game Design partner-in-crime Pio Canlas. The game is about The Harvest, a special interplanetary peacekeeping group. SoundTEMP, a fantastic music production facility in Korea and the composers for the wildly popular MMO Ragnarok Online, was slated to compose an all-original soundtrack for the game, until it was halted due to time constraints. It will be picked up again in the future. For more information, click on the picture to the left.
This is a complete remake/retelling of one of my oldest games. The original story was written when I was twelve, so this one's got a bit more maturity and, well, depth behind it. I have a lot planned for this one, too. Man, I sure have a lot of games to work on.
I merely designed the menus and distributed this game. This is one of Pio's creations - an awesome free-roaming, multi-tiered story that really blew me away. Like most of his work does.
This "Game of the Week" Nominee (December 2003, Create-Games.com) took me and apparently the country of Germany by storm. Among the thousands of downloads this game has recieved, 75% percent come from Germany. I have no idea why, or how. It's funny, the ones you're never sure about always do the best.
This game is, whether I deny it or not, starring the alter egos of two amazing young men known as Pio and Joe. It's the story of two special ops from completely different walks of life and their constant clashing. Lots of blood and explosions, and you know. The first game I ever coded Bullet-Time for.
This was my baby and it still is. It was nominated in June of 2002 for "Game of the Week" at Create-Games.com, and lost because, you know, Derek Yu and Jon Perry decided to release the amazing Eternal Daughter two days later. Poor JPJ didn't stand a chance. However, since Derek already apologized and he's also so awesome I can barely believe it, I'll let it slide.
You probably don't have the required DLLS. These games require the 'CNCS32' Library. I've created a handy little install that simply places the required files in your system directory.
The installation is located here.
While I know enough C++, the language I used for most of these games is Multimedia Fusion, a language developed by Clickteam. I have been using the Clickteam line of software for a decade and reached the point a long time ago where I don't even see the code anymore.
I also have training in Macromedia Flash and Director.
Please e-mail me to request design-related materials, such as design documents, diagrams and sketches, writing examples and other documentation. I'll be happy to hook you up.
